I moved into downtown Charlotte in 1999 and absolutely love the Urban Lifestyle. I got rid of my car in 2004, and started my Real Estate practice that year becoming the only
"Realtor without a Car!"
Church Street Realty came into being in 2010 with the express purpose of focusing on downtown residential Real Estate. Occasionally I venture outside to the I-277 loop, but my practice works best in the downtown market where I can add value to both buyers and sellers of properties.
In the 5 year period from 2016 through 2020 I recorded 47 transactions in downtown Charlotte worth more than $16.9 million. That put me at the 4th highest rated agent in downtown.
My style has always to put my client first and take care of all the details, both big and small so closing becomes a boring event!
Diane got a very big lesson at a very young age that made her realize “stuff” didn’t matter, and that people and time were everything. After losing friends in a tragic accident during high school she got in her car after graduation and left her tiny hometown in Vermont with no plan other than to go, be, do, and see, everything possible. Diane spent 18 years on the road logging thousands of miles, and exploring all 50 states
Over the years Blue Lollipop Road grew from a travel blog about Diane’s adventures, into a logistics business, being a shot in the arm for her clients to make big life change when they are feeling stuck. Getting her real estate license was the perfect fit for Diane to be able to help her clients take action when they are (literally and figuratively), ready to move.
Diane still travels every chance she gets, for fun and for work with her husband Jason, She believe's in staying curious, exploring fearlessly, respecting the clock, and living like you mean it.
Jason was born and raised in Vermont and attended Siena College in Albany, New York. After college, he relocated to Roanoke, Virginia and began a fruitful career in banking. It was in that 17 year career he developed a passion for the lending process and real estate. During those years of his banking days, he enjoyed visiting friends in Charlotte. When he was ready to make a big life change, he moved to the Queen City in 2016. Jason is confident he will always be able to find the best loan and finance options for his clients as they take the huge step to buy a home. He takes pride in being honest, working with integrity, and being prompt in communication with all his clients. In his free time, Jason loves to cook, eat (he will try just about anything), travel with his wife Diane, watch the Dallas Cowboys and play golf.
It was love at first sight when Margo visited Charlotte for the first time in 2012 and led to her moving to the Queen City in 2014. Margo has spent her professional life working in the fields of travel, higher education, and nursing where helping people live their best lives has been central to her work. Her clients, students, patients and colleagues have described her as reliable, organized, enthusiastic, and a good listener. As a Real Estate agent Margo is able to use her skills and combine her passions to help clients find the right home or sell their home when it’s time to move on so they can live their best life. Honesty, integrity, and compassion are words she lives by. Margo also pays attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. In her free time Margo enjoys trying new recipes with her husband Blair, exploring the sites and experiences of Charlotte, and travelling wherever she can.
Shortly after graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, Brock was assigned to assist in the construction management of a new Water Treatment Facility just North of Charlotte, after spending a few months at the finishing stages of the project he realized that he loved the area, and spent the next 13 years trying to get back, and in 2017, He and his family settled in Wake County.
Brock has always had a strong commitment to continued education and a passion for real estate which drove him to pursue his license. Applying the same listening and organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to find the right solution, developed in the Engineering and Construction Field, Brock applies for his clients in real estate with a foundation in Trust, Honesty and Communication.
In his free time Brock loves to spend time with his three girls at the beach or anywhere around the water, and when he can, getting in 18 holes on the golf course.
