I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Marsoun after putting a request in through Zillow for information on housing in the Fourth Ward,
Uptown Charlotte. We are moving from a small town near the South and North Carolina border and had no idea what we were getting in to when we decided to relocate.

Dennis contacted me on a Tuesday and had an appointment set with me on that Saturday to view two properties (well within our budget). The first place was lovely, in a beautiful area of town, and had an extremely impressive back patio. The view was one of the best I've seen in Charlotte.

The next place he showed us, little did I know, would turn into our future home. The condo is in a lovely, historical building right in the perfect location of the Fourth Ward and Uptown. The condo is massive with beautiful finished floors and high ceilings throughout. The kitchen is a chef's dream, completely remodeled and updated (as well as energy efficient). We immediately fell in love with it, and with Dennis' help, the neighborhood.

From the roof-top patio he pointed out all the great running routes and local places around that make the Fourth Ward such a unique area. Dennis not only helped us find the perfect place, but also helped with the extra steps sometimes left out by most.

He met us the following day (a Sunday afternoon) with the owners to make sure we were confident in our choice as well as to help finalize the details. He remained in touch throughout the entire process, sending all the needed links for utilities in the area, cable and internet providers, and remaining as our representative to make sure our lease and deposit process was signed, sealed, and delivered.

We would not have been able to make such a transition so smoothly without Dennis' help. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for property in the Uptown Charlotte and surrounding areas. Dennis helped us navigate our way through the purchase of two properties in Up-town Charlotte and he changed the way we viewed realtors...commission hungry individuals only interested in closing a deal as quick as possible. His professionalism, knowledge of uptown Charlotte and calm demeanor are invaluable tools for any potential buyer. He is also patient and savvy in his approach. Dennis does not love to negotiate, which is why we gave him smooth and not excellent review. However, this should not be interpreted as a negative since he always did seem to have a very good idea of what the final price would be. If you are also interested in pursuing a short-sale, he handled our purchase masterfully, which took almost four months to complete.
